PRE-RETREAT SUPPORT

We design the program to be sent to participants, including all relevant travel information, flight details if needed, meals, included activities and optional experiences.

We also provide guidance on required documents, health insurance, and any other need  for participating in the retreat.

  • If you need support in promoting the event, you can choose the Premium service, which also includes advisory and mentoring on Retreat promotion.

SUPPORT DURING THE RETREAT

You will never be alone.

We provide on-site support and, if needed, arrange drivers and transportation, manage scheduled activities, meals (including any specific dietary requirements such as intolerances, allergies, or special diets) and whatever you may need.

We will be able to handle unexpected situations and supervise every detail, allowing you to focus on your clients and enjoy the experience without stress 

How does it work?

100% customizable and tailored on your needs

  1. Tell us your needs, and we design a tailored experience for your group.
  2. You can choose among different on-site activities and excursions to add to your program.
  3. We will provide a quote per participant, covering all expenses (including our commission). There are no hidden or additional fees. A complimentary spot for the Group Leader is included.
  4. You can add your own fee (as Group Leader) to our quote.

How does the Premium service work?

  1. In addition, we work together to define how to promote your Retreat through offline and online. We will be on your side from planning til promotion.
  2. Additional cost: a % of the retreat’s profit, based on the specific needs, defined in advance and to be paid after the event.
